Southern Illinois and Indiana will have high thin clouds during Monday’s solar eclipse. This will still permit good views of totality. Exciting!!

This map shows the path of totality for the 2024 eclipse. Due to the moon’s close proximity to the earth, the width of the path is roughly 115 miles wide.
