The Off Season Slugfest is a meaningless saga about playing 16 inch Chicago-style softball in November.  It's fun to rally those people who used to excel in baseball back in High School.  Forcing friends to dust off their baseball gloves, and break out the old bats is difficult, but worthwhile.

The movies were shot in late October and November 2004.  The location is the picturesque baseball diamond #1 at the North Avenue Fields in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood.  The movies were shot by Director Nick Liveris, using a small still digital-camera with movie mode.

The video features a fireworks display from Chicago's Navy Pier on October 2, 2004.

There is also a second fireworks display in the video, from the inauguration of Chicago's world acclaimed Millennium Park on July 24, 2004.
