Q: Why do I have to download HD videos? Why can't I play them directly from the website? A: HD videos display at a much larger size than traditional standard definition videos. They also require more resources to play back with optimum quality. Not only does this allow you to keep the video file for future playback, it allows your preferred software player to open the video. The majority of broadband internet connections are not fast enough to properly stream HD video playback. Downloading is the only alternative.
Q: What if I have a computer running MacOS? How can I playback these WMV files? A: Use VLC media player, a free, open-source software player for OSX and any other operating system.
